Association Financial Services
Our highest objective is to assist the board of directors to preserve the assets of the owners. Trading Places International has decades of experience planning, budgeting, and forecasting the needs of vacation ownership resorts. Our expert financial team is exceptional at working with the resort staff and association board of directors to create detailed financial and operational plans.
Trading Places International recognizes and firmly supports hiring the right people, training at all levels, and providing the necessary tools to get the job done.
Our administrative team serves as the liaison between board members on board meetings, agendas, and minutes. In addition, this team ensures the board's compliance with state statutes and association documents, which dictate the administrative requirements of each association. We also coordinate and manage the annual member meeting for each association to provide all members with an opportunity to participate in electing board members and giving direction on how their resort should be operated.
We believe owners should be involved with their association and should stay informed about their vacation ownership.
